Deliver Member Journey proposition through Fitness, Personal Training & Group Exercise strategies
Drive retention strategy for the club
Manage Profit & Loss of the club to deliver expected returns
Manage company brand standards ensuring our clubs have the highest levels of service
Good Analytics & Competitive
Demonstrate the ability to influence & to drive high levels of performance w/ a proven track record of meeting business performance KPIs
Track record of developing & nurturing high performing teams
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
7-10 years of experience in club leadership position
