Job Description
· Handle full set of accounts
· Data entry into accounting system, documents financial transactions by entering account information
· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports in monthly basis
· Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
· Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
· Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
· Prepare audit reports for year-end reporting
· Prepare daily tracking reports of equipment
· Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions
· Analyzes information by developing spreadsheet reports
· Assist Financial Controller with all aspects of the department as needed to complete ad-hoc projects, month-end and year-end reports, and coordinating internal and external audit requests
· Performs other duties as assigned
