Job Purpose:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy

  • Managing the plans of the sub-departments to ensure smooth operations in order to facilitate the achievement of the strategic objectives of community participation.
  • Ensure that data and reports are provided to the CEO in a timely manner and recommend operational improvements to support planning and decision-making. And continuous improvement.
  • Monitor monthly and quarterly performance results, identify performance gaps and corrective actions, and lead the development of corrective actions that address causes the root.
  • Ensure that management priorities and plans are aligned with the strategic objectives of the CSP and Sports sector and are implemented in a timely manner. Fitting within budgets and of the highest quality.



Financial and organizational management

  • Managing the budget at the departmental level to ensure full compliance and reporting of any deviation from the plan in a timely manner and taking corrective actions. As necessary and in line with approved governance processes.
  • Consolidation of all budget inputs of the subordinate departments to formulate the management budget and submit it to the CEO for approval and for further consolidation.

Department of Personnel Affairs or Department of Human Resources

  • Managing the preparation of workforce planning reports, plan and budgets for talent acquisition for management, in order to ensure the availability of suitable employees to achieve the highest. A level of operational smoothness possible, and these reports are submitted to the CEO for approval.
  • Defining performance management objectives for all subordinates and conducting mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews. Monitor performance and provide tailored advice to them. To ensure that performance targets are met.
  • Identify the talent needed for pivotal roles from the succession management perspective to ensure business continuity, and coordinate with human resources for enrollment. In the necessary software.
  • Provide direction to subordinates regarding operational affairs and people management affairs. Provide subordinates with the necessary training and guidance to ensure their oil is ready. To meet operational requirements from a professional and behavioral point of view


Managing stakeholders
