A luxurious French restaurant with multiple branches across the region.
Job Description:
- Support the station commis in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies
- Ensure the use of station recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations
- Ensure that the materials are available and on line in timely a timely manner
- Monitor and control waste in the station while working in optimum quality and speed
- Take action as instructed for all out of specific food orders especially when needed to do food tasting on new menu
