Job Description:

Identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships on existing accounts
Arrange client meetings, visit suppliers & consultants to develop proposals for work, training and events
Secure and close new MEP/ Civil and building maintenance contracts within UAE
Calculate job costing, tenders, pricing and commercial documentation to compare and achieve maximum value for money
Liaise with tenants of commercial properties to be able to plan with the team on the goals for day-to-day operations
