We are Hiring Self Motivated and result driven specialist for the position of Business Development Manager / Immigration Consultant / Investment Consultant - Citizenship by investment

Company Details:

Strokes and Ground if fast growing company based out of Lisbon Portugal with a focus of developing high Standard real estate projects for the Portugal golden visa.

Key Responsibilities :

To develop the channel partner network on a regular basis across and ensure productivity through investors in GVP units.
To ensure investor closure from end to end in coordination with the channel partner including the operational support, site visits, banking assistance from India and Portugal Law firm’s perspective
Plan, Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets by utilizing the technology and Client’s database
To ensure investor closure from end to end in coordination with the channel partner including the operational support, site visits, banking assistance from India and Portugal Law firm’s perspective
Establish and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations using digital platforms

Requirements:

Strong product knowledge about Citizenship Program and Second Passport programs with min 1-2 years of experience.
Knowledge in regards European Countries in Residency and Citizenship by Investment Industry will add an extra advantage.
Proven sales track record
